Design Concept
During the design concept phase, Amanda will meet individually with the client to identify their specific needs and goals. Once the character, function, and aesthetics of the project are determined, a preliminary schedule and budget are developed
Design Development
During the design development phase, plans are prepared to illustrate space planning recommendations, furniture arrangements, and lighting designs. The client is presented with samples and images that convey the design concept of the project.
Material and Furniture Specification
Once a final design concept is approved by the client, material and furniture specification begins. Flooring materials, paint selections, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, hardware and light fixtures are selected. Amanda will also recommend furniture, window treatments, accessories, and foliage that is essential to complete the design concept.
Installation
The installation phase is the most exciting and rewarding process for the client. Amanda will conduct on-site visits, monitor the contractors’ progress and oversee the installation of furnishings, fixtures, and cabinetry.
